My pet ate my dissection specimen. What should I do?

Updated on

If a pet or other household animal should consume all or a portion of a dissection specimen, please immediately contact a veterinarian emergency number or drive your pet to the nearest open clinic. You may also share the SDS (below) for the specimen with the provider. Once the animal has been cared for, please contact us for a replacement specimen, if needed.
