While you may use the temporary access feature to enter your course prior to purchasing a kit, this access will terminate after 14 days. Once this period has passed, we will not grant any type of access our platforms without purchase of a kit.
Some institutions may opt not to allow the temporary access period, and require purchase of the kit for any content access. Removal of the temporary access period is at the discretion of your faculty/institution.
If your course uses a digital-only kit (no physical materials required), temporary access is not available.
Different institution have their specific requirements for lab kits when taking one of their online courses. Instructors will provide the needed lab kit information when you enroll and this information is provided in your syllabus.
