Some instructors may require you to submit a PDF output of your data, rather than grading in the SI Lab Portal platform. This article will guide you through the process of generating a PDF of your lab results in the SI Lab Portal.
If your course is accessed through your school’s LMS, start by clicking the gradebook link inside your LMS. This will take you into the SI Lab Portal. Once there, follow the steps starting at step 3.
2. From the drop down menu, select "View Past Results."
3. Under "Select Lessons & Assignments," select the name of the lesson or assignment you need to export as a PDF.
This page will default to displaying all lessons and assignments. You can navigate using the "Units" box to select an individual lab. From there, select the lesson or assignment you need to generate a PDF. To select multiple activities, press the "CTRL" (Windows) or "CMD" (Mac) button on your keyboard and select all desired activities.
4. Under "View Panel" select "Details."
Selecting "Details" will display all results from the lesson or assignment.
6. Follow the standard procedures of your browser, print this page to a PDF.
For a PC:
- Right click on the page or find the print button.
- Select Print.
- Set your "Printer" or "Destination" as "Save to PDF."
- Save the PDF to your computer.
For Mac:
- Select "File" from your browser menu bar.
- Select "Export as PDF..."
- Save the PDF to your computer.
This printout will include all auto-graded, data collection elements, and long answer questions from the desired section.
