If your name/email address has been changed in your learning management system (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L/Brightspace, and Moodle), and you have accessed SI Lab Portal; the work you have completed is still under the old name/email address.

Please provide both names your accounts are listed under and both email addresses.
Our Student Success team will change the email on the account with the completed work to the new email address so that you can access your completed work again.
2. Access your course and check that you can see your completed work in the Lab Portal Gradebook.
Work cannot be transferred between accounts, so contact Student Success quickly so you can get back to your assignments as quickly as possible.
